BED **** ALRET

This **** company sold me a old bed with bed bugs. They promised to exchange it for with a "Brand new bed that they made in one day" but that bed had blood stains that had been washed, and was torn around the edges. This was clearly an old bed. They just added a pillow top to make it look new. Mr T POOLO the company owner refused to give me a refund or compensation for pest control, he kept saying he will have to ask his manager, when I asked what is the managers name, he said its against company policy to reveal the managers name. Even though the money I paid him went to his account. Its been a horrible two weeks of sleeping on the floor in the cold despite there being a bed, but unable to us it because its infested with bugs. Not to mention how many bites i now have all over my body, and the extra chargers of getting pest control as well.
