SHOCKING SERVICE FROM HAIR SALON OWNER & RIPPEDOFF

For someone who is involved in client service, this owner fails dismally. Her forceful sales technique which left a friend and I with a styling brush she swore was the answer (although let me add none of her staff had been trained on its use) has been beyond dissatisfying. After numerous attempts to return the tool and being told Terry was away on business we finally met with her to find her sales service beyond shocking, with no return or cash back offered. Instead my friend and I have been offered or should I say hooked into buying the original GHD wand that we asked for at first at cost price, so in total we will be short of having spent over R3000 for the tool we originally requested. I feel I should add that the way in which Terry speaks to her staff in front of clientele is embarrassing. She is beyond disrespectful and makes one feel extremely uncomfortable. I would hate to work for her and feel for those stylists who are spoken to like they're are worthless. The consumer act gives the consumer the right to decide whether they take a return, refund or repair. Backed by the consumer commission. Terry does not abide by this and is robbing fair paying consumers.
