Freelancers: STAY AWAY from TheCompanyWarehouse.co

After moving to the UK I needed to set up my own limited company in order for me to continue working freelance. <br> <br> I set up my company through [URL Removed] who put me onto a rather affordable starter package at ?80 per quarter. <br> <br> After a few months I decided to change the name of my company. I paid about ?50 for the name change. [URL Removed] assured me that my company name was changed. I therefore proceeded with buying my website etc in the new name.<br> <br> When tax filing season started I was again contacted by [URL Removed] who told me that the starter package does not cover filing and that I would need to switch to a ?60 PER MONTH package before they will file my tax returns. I refused their offer and found a new accountant at ?200 per year. <br> <br> My new accountant looked up my new company name and found that it was NOT registered in my name and subsequently taken by someone else. <br> <br> I followed up with [URL Removed] who admitted to making a mistake but are now dodging my emails etc and refuse to refund me for not doing their job correctly.
