The book Cnr Pty Ltd that buys and sells textbooks to schools in the western Cape Helderberg region has the worst customer service ever. In November 2025 I dropped of new books I bought from PNA which they agreed to buy. They advised they would let me know the value they would be paying me for these. As well as that payment will take place on 31 December 2025. A week before said payment was due. I enquired as to why I have not received a value for the payment date 31 Dec 2025. The owner rep**** rudely that I did not formally request the value of the payment and that she had to do repairs to the books. Please note these are brand new Text books I purchased to the value of over 7000 rand. And 5 had minor damage to the spine at the bottom of the books due to the school bag. She advised the payment will take place 31 Dec and gave no indication of the value. On 2 Jan I followed up and was told they officially open on Monday 5 Jan 2026 and someone would call me. On Monday afternoon. I sent another email enquiring about the value and the payment date. I am still waiting for a reply. I had also said if they want I can pay for the repairs to the spines of the 5 books and collect it and re sell them myself. But radio silence seems to be the order of the day.
