TheBlank Company - Zero support for Ecco Inverter

I bought an Ecco 24v/3KW inverter from this company about a year ago.

I cannot not obtain any support whatsoever for my unit that urgently requires a firmware upgrade- they ignore emails, do not respond to the WhatsApp line, nor is there a telephone number available to contact.

It really looks like a fly-by-night operation to me. Very frustrating.
