Worst experience from a medical scheme till date

I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I have called for a total of 7 times requesting application forms to join Thebemed. No application forms have been sent to me to this date. I am always directed to someone or redirected to another person and those people are so ***********. I cannot deal with this any longer. It’s a shame that I work for one of the companies who deals only with Thebemed. It’s scary to think I will have to call them for my medical emergencies. I rather join Discovery and be done.
