Thebemed not paying claim

Beginning January 2020 myself, my wife and my son went for our eyes to be tested. We were due for a test and spectacles every two years and our last visit was end 2017. So we went to Specsavers Secunda and all of our eyes were tested and we chose frames. I had to pay in because my lenses had to be tinted. There was no co-payment for my wife and son's frames and lenses. Now six months later I received a bill from Specsavers saying that my medical aid didn't paid nothing for my wife, no test no frame no lenses and that I have to pay R 1 760.00. I mean we were due and the day of the visit to Specsavers there was no mention of problems with my wife's payment? I emailed Thebemed on Jun 30, 2020, a week ago and still no response from them and in the meantime Specsavers are sending me payment requests almost every day. This is not my first bad experience with Thebemed. My Thebemed ***
