Thebemed no response for joining

I’m not sure who to contact I have been trying to join thebemed for more than a month, I called the call Center I keep being told to send an email I did so on 4 o occasions since the beginning of may and I can’t get hold of anyone I’m also getting no response, if this is how the sales department is I’m not sure how’s the service.. ***
