Not paid for services rendered and no response

I am a healthcare provider who provided assistance to members of this medical aid. I am very disappointed and frustrated at the way my emails have gone unanswered and telephonic promises for payment have not been honoured. Despite my adherence to the correct procedures and timelines, there are currently claims which have not been paid from a year ago.
