Wrongful Debt Review

Apparently I have been placed on debt review in 2015 witch I was not aware of or made any payments by this company, I have no accounts and when I decided to open 1 I find out this, disgusted.. Please remove me immediately, I called the company and they said im not on there System yet its on my credit report from 2015.***
