Failure to provide paid services

<p>Thando Gazide, the owner of the Zoo Creative Jungle refuses to refund me R1 050.00 paid for a photoshoot that never happened in 2015 December. I have called and sent endless messeges to him with no feedback. The least he could do is to refund my money.</p> <p>I thought I should expose him, in case someone else falls for his ****s out there.</p> <p>Thanks.</p>
