PAYMENT NOT REFUNDED

I ordered a kitchen stable door from them in January at a cost of R7,500 which my builder collected. He discovered that they had just cut a door in half so there was nothing to lock the top and bottom together. They took the door back and eventually returned it with an incorrect rebate in totally different wood. After many phone calls, their salesman William said he would rather take the door back and refund the money than have the hassle. Despite supplying my bank details many times and many promises from Gavin Nell to get the refund paid, I am still waiting and they are no longer responding to mails.
