the wrong shoppe

I had bought a thing of paint for R50, my card was declined to which I then payed cash. I left the store and 5 min later the money was taken off my account. they made me wait a day to see if the money would be reverted into my account, nothing. I went bak they refused to fund me, would not give me a slip saying it had been declined and weren't prepared to help me.
