Today I bought and item from the Write Shoppe in Steenberg Village which, when I returned home and opened the item, I realised that this was wrong, The Write Shoppe allowed me to return this even though the outside packaging was returned. All done with a happy smile. For service like this, I will return. Well done on giving good old fashioned service.
