Worst online company

Worst company i have ever dealt with. When ordering the item it showed in stock with 7-10 days delivery. Once payment was concluded received email stating the article still to be imported. Now 17- 21 days for arrival. weeks later receive sms i must pay import tax. Ok no problem. Paid immediately as the sms indicated if i do so would received parcel within 3-5 days. Well here i am still waiting ..out of money and no parcel. Further when i send email to World online to enquire the sales rep that phoned has no sales skills . Clearly they all about the sale and don't care about the customer or future business. And not once have they updated me of my parcel
