How long must I wait?

I ordered a hairdressing doll head through Bidorbuy from The World Online on 7 Aug 2017. After more then 3 months I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Eventually I got a lady named Charleene to take my banking details for the refund. She told me - on the 2nd of November that the payment will be made the next Wednesday. I have since followed up and get no reply. How long must I wait?
