WOMAG - Avoid

Do not touch this *********** business !! We asked for a quote for a new kitchen counter at our Pringle Bay holiday home Sandy from the Strand office came had coffee offered 10% discount and did measurements - got quote - did not tell us that we had to remove old counter so additional discount of 2.5% - Staff did template and price increased by about R 4000 as original measurements incorrect - Spoke to Oren Sachs (unpleasant to deal with - Director) who agreed to revert to original quote - Fitted counter but as our previous counter 40 mm their product 20 mm ugly gaps - (you"d think they would know to check) our account to make look decent with splash backs about R 3500 which we refused to pay so had to pay R 800 get splash backs from Womag and do ourselves - Had paid deposit - to get correct amount still owing took more than 2 months with me eventually supplying facts, emails and figures - The company obviously is useless from the Director (who does not follow up) to the sales staff (Sandy) to the accounts office. The only good recommendation that I can give this company is that the gentleman who came to install were pleasant, on time and embarrassed by their collegues
