This guy forgot to close the oil cap on my vehicle when it went in for service. He tried to pass it on to his insurance which refused to assist him due to his own negligence. This was last year 2022. We had reached an understanding that he would fix it in 2 months seeing that he didn't have the funds to fix the car in one go. It is now December 2024, and he still hasn't fixed my car and has kicked it out of his garage. He blames everyone in his business about the progress of the car. Month after month he has avoided answering my calls unless I call him from a different number. The only time the seemed to be any progress in communication is when I threatened legal action. Do not use his services. I have laid a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman SA and have eventually sought assistance from an attorney to claim for all damages on my car.
