Poor feedback and communication
Entering into a contract with what was presumed an ethical business turned into a nightmare, David Snoek conducted work on my bathroom and after day 1 did not return to site with no word from him I called at 11am to discover that he would not be returning to site due to a damaged tool, when asked why he did not hire a tool his response was that he did not think of this and after his tool broke at 3:30 the previous day his priority was to get it repaired. As a paying client the tool status is not my concern and should not impact on my project which was time critical and this was well understood.<br> cancellation of the contract has resulted in a dispute over the return of funds, any amicable proposal has been met with hostility and ********* claims for expenditure. Handyman direct has tied to mediate and been supportive of my claim. It seems that entering into contracts with people operating small enterprises causes more hassles than it is worth, my advice is steer clear of this man and his business rather find a reputable firm and pay a little more, it will save you in the long run!
