Absconded with deposit

Paid a deposit for a Job quoted for on 28th August, after repeated excuses two months later the job had still not started. On the 12th November, \Jan"finally agreed to pay back the deposit as he did not have the capacity to do the job. It's now 27th November and still waiting"
