Avoid at all costs

This company is one of the worst I've ever come across. In the first place they promised to replace a door on a certain day, and failed to do so. We made new arrangements, and they 'forgot' to pitch. Again we arranged, and they were more than an hour late. The director refuses to phone us back, and we need to speak to a manager who cannot solve a problem. Then they told us that they're installing Meranti doors, which we found was a lie. The doors that were supposed to be replaced in 3 hours, have now taken 3 days, and they put them in skew, and broke the beading, which they wanted to glue together, rather than replace. I do not have words to express my frustration with this *********** company.
