False promises

I placed an order with Duane van Tonder the MD of The Wood Bar on the 1st of July 2021 with a full payment of the invoice. I was promised delivery of my order within 3-4 weeks which never happened. I was then promised 4 new delivery dates which again were not met and no prior excuse was made as to why they could not be met. It has been an endless struggle to reach Duane and excuses never stop. No proof of the order having been completed could be shared with me. A screen grab proof of refund was sent to me however once confirmed with the bank I was told it was suspicious and I could log a ***** investigation. I advised Duane that a case of theft and ***** would be lodged and only then did I receive a cash deposit refund. More than 3 weeks of lies and deceit. This is not acceptable for any business to do to its customers and I urge you to carefully consider doing business with The Wood Bar situated in Alberton Johannesburg.
