Empty promises from The Wood Bar

We ordered Barn Doors for our lounge 15 May, and were promised delivery in 3 weeks. Payment was made to them and then the excuses started rolling in one by one. After MANY empty/broken promises, harsh words, being treated like WE'RE unreasonable to his personal problems, and 3 MONTHS wasted time, we grudgingly got a refund and a big "stuff you" vibe.

We could have supported someone else who valued and needed the business instead of being strung along and treated like we don't matter!

People should not run companies if they don't know how to meet the commitments they make, or need to work on their public relations!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
