BUYER BEWARE ----- ZERO DELIVERY AND BROKEN PROMISES AND NOTHING

Duane took time to understand our requirements for a Barn Door and we had a lot of discussions about all the ins and outs. We checked Hello Peter and there we no complaints against them. Everything sounded hunky dory.

We paid the deposit and Duane promised a specific delivery date.

The delivery date came and went and NOTHING.

He never rep**** to our initial WhatsApp and did not answer our calls.

Eventually after having to threaten him with legal action, we returned out call. He had excuse after excuse after excuse. The worst part was that the excuses were contradictory to each other. He then told to talk to his Attorney and sent us copy of an Attorney letter addressed to another customer.

We then visited Hello Peter and suddenly found all these complaints against him. Our stomach turned because it was obvious there was the same theme running through all the complaints.

We contacted the Attorney, we seems valid and had a long discussion with her. We agreed to follow a conciliatory path and to let Duane come and install the door on the 17th as opposed to refunding our money. The Attorney sent us a Letter confirming that Duane had committed to keep his second promise and to install the door on the 17th.

On the 17th we followed up with the Attorney because, of course, we had not heard a word from Duane. The Attorney rep**** that he would still install the door by 17H00.

Guess what, NOTHING!!!!!!!! No door, no Duane, no NOTHING.
