The Witness service is bad and the witness is now *****ing peoples money.

I have not received the Witness which I pay for via subscription. I tried calling the call centre however as usual it takes abnormally long for an answer. The witness has not been received from last week Thursday. Delivery address is at 38 Mountford street. I am reaching a point of frustration with the service from the Witness. I will be complaining everyday until someone calls me back. ***
