Refusal to Refund money for parcel that was never received

I am still awaiting to receive my refund of August from this place. They tried again to take 519 from my account in september but luckily I stopped my card and the amount was returned 3days later. Now they telling me that they refunded me. I think they confusing this with septembers amount. It just feels that these ppl are *****s. Thats why Edgars didnt wana do business with them anymore. Hope to get my seven hudred and odd rands back. Did send an attatchment today with details of both refund and the deduction of August. And I checked my statement....The previous amount was never refunded.
