Cold "hot" beverages on a chilly Saturday winter's morning

A group of 4 of our friends had black americano and cappuccino's on a chilly Saturday morning in July 2019. All 4 mentioned to the waitress that the beverages were cold. She blamed it on the machine. We suggested that she should bring it faster then. After the breakfast we had the same "hot" beverages. We again pointed out that it were all just as cold. She took my cup immediately away (silently hoping perhaps for a replacement) but no further comment or response was forthcoming. Totally unacceptable.
