Awful service, inconsiderate people!

They have glorious and amazing pics on their webpage with lofty promises and enticing words. Unfortunately and sadly they do not live up to their beautifully designed webpage. Something really worrying going on there because they don't send you the terms and conditions of the contracts you sign. And the emails sent to them go unanswered. Furthermore, even on the webpage it says this function(email) has been disabled by Winchester. Phone calls go unanswered. But the biggest problem I have is that they are very unfair and greedy. Samantha is the most inconsiderate person I have come across in the hospitality industry. I was forced to cancel a booking due to unforseen circumstances not to be discussed her. I requested a refund of my deposit as I told them more than 3 months prior to the wedding date. When I eventually got hold of her, the response was oooops, according to the terms and conditions refunds are not given! And..... she then sends the terms and conditions, yet when I kept asking for it, she refused to send it!! Not long after I attended my neighbours wedding there and they ran out of food for over 30 people!!! That is the kind of disregard, disrespect and arrogance they have! I'm really sorry that I trusted them and I paid over R21 000 as a deposit. Surely they can refund this as the venue was used for some other function. They are rude,selfish and obnoxious. Will never support them or recommend them. The most awful service!!!
