Appalling after service & very greedy owners.

We had my daughter's party at Winchester in December 2020, to date I have not received my deposit & a refund for services paid & not delivered. We tried to be sympathetic by not demanding for the money back & giving them time as it was a difficult time for businesses however we were not given the same consideration as they are now hiring out the venue & making money and we are not given the time of day.

Please be weary of the packages that is advertised as what you read is not what you get. You have to pay extra for everything. And they will only talk to you & give you information after your deposit is paid - by that time you have no choice but to pay for all the extras. I find the owners to be very arrogant & unhelpful after they take you money, it is virtually impossible to get a response from them.

It is a beautiful venue but you have to ask yourself if its worth the effort hiring their venue as the after service is appalling. They do not have any customer service as their only interest is to take as much money from you as possible.
