Unhappy

The view of the surrounding is awesome. Staff friendly. But hot water in shower is not constint. There were a group of people that made noise until 12 o'clock at night. Then started at 3 again and 05:30 started playing music so loud that u can not sleep. I have a small one year old that never slept during then night because of noise. I booked for 2 night's but only stayed one. The morning i went to look for someone to assist and i explained to the lady what happend and she just told me that it's not her place she can not do anything about it. Until now i have not received any feed back from the owner as she said she will tell him what happend. I feel that my money needs to be refunded as i had to book a different place to take my family to. And when i booked the place they should of told that there is a group of people are we going to be fine with them around.
