Wrong order sent

I am so disappointed by the service of The with factory.....I tried to give them a chance and placed an order for two wigs on the 23 July 2025. The order no is 61693 and upon delivery of my order , I was so excited and my excitement was short lived when I realised that they sent me a wrong order.....I ordered a 10 inch highlighted lace wig and they sent me this disgusting 8 inch black wig.....I sent them an emai at returns l and up to this day they have not responded .

I believe they are doing this intentionally as they return policy is that the goods must be returned within 7 days, so they are delaying me so that the 7 days period can lapse.

I regret ever doing business with this company. I will never ever do business with them and will advice my friends and family to steer clear from ever doing business with them in future.

I really do not deserve such a pathetic service after spending my hard earned money on their service.
