worst customer service

I ordered an 8 inch Malaysian ponytail, firstly it was. the quality is really bad it does not look or feel like virgin hair, as soon as I took it out of the package the hair was all over the floor in my bedroom. I asked for the hair to be returned and requested a refund. The company insisted that I return it myself, I refused. They arranged for a courier to pick it up on Wednesday today is Thursday nobody is communicating when I will be getting my refund and my texts and calls are being ignored
