Very upset and unhappy with The Wig Factory SA

I ordered a 14 Inch Glue less virgin bob weave, On what i received the wig was not what was advertised, it had different textures and doesn't look good, the closure Is very small for the hair I bought so it doesn't look good. I hate the wig so much and i regret my purchase. On top of that i had to chase them up to dispatch my wig and got it way after the 7 days on the payment plan.
