Still awaiting a partial refund after 6 WEEKS!

After countless times of trying to get a response from the company I am at my wit ends. I bought a 22" Frontal Wig from The Wig Factory on the 21st of Oct 2022 (the hair was amazing & their delivery on the 26th of October was superb) but I instead received a T-part instead of a frontal.

I then approached the company to notify them of their mistake on the 31st October 2022 and asked for a refund of the difference. I have been waiting on my refund and feedback since. I keep getting phone calls of empty promises to contact the manager and that the manager will refund me. I just want my refund, it's not right to ******* customers this way.
