Poor quality wigs

Ordered a wig on the 25/11/2024. On the 26th I received a call from the store indicating that they received my payment and will be busy with my order asap, for delivery within 5 working days. This was good for me as it showed good customer service. Pn the 6th December I received my parcel. The package was very dirty, I ignored it thinking that maybe the courier guy dropped it.

Fast forward to January 2025 when I wore the wig on New Years. The quality is terrible. The hair falls off by itself without me even combing it. Just one day of wearing it, it looks like the oldest of all the wigs I've ever purchased. R2700 down the drain. I honestly regret making this purchase. People must be careful
