**** Peruvian Wig

Their wigs are **** bad quality. I bought a Peruvian 16 inch wig, the curls look beautiful for the first day, the day after it’s a mess tangles a lot. I bought in May showed them video of the tangled hair they said I could bring it back and see what they can do after that I told them I would need the hair for weekend I was going away, Lee told me she would call me when my hair is ready instead I am the one who ended up calling. I called and Petunia answered she was very rude on the phone and told me she is in a meeting and hung the phone on me. I called back she was still rude didn’t want to acknowledge her mistake. We finally agreed that I would come in the afternoon to fetch my hair. Indeed when I got there I was ready the made a new wig the the old closure from the previous wig, their manager or supervisor assured me that this time the hair won’t tangle they used the best Indian quality hair. Guess what I had the hair for my birthday that weekend looked nice with the curls but the next day same tangling again curls worn of, it looked like a **** mess. I sent them a WhatsApp and the just ignored me and never responded. So that’s why now I felt the need to report them here. So people must be careful of them,
