****mers. I ordered a 10" hair from the wig factory via payjustnow, I'm thinking because they are on such a platform they must be reputable. The order arrives, the hair looks good but the inch is completely wrong. I communicate my dissatisfaction with the length, I was told to take a picture and send it to a whatsapp number belonging to a Lee, at first she was ignoring me until I told her I'm escalating the matter with payjustnow. She pretended to be dealing with the matter, and even promised to send new hair however this was just a delay tactic, she pretended to have contacted the courier to come collect the hair for an exchange to this day nothing has happened...
