The Wig Factory is the best Wig store I’ve come across in years. From their braided wigs, to their human hair wigs. I’ve purchased 3 from them already, and each one was worth it! I had an outstanding experience with Wig Factory, and I want to give special recognition to Victoria for her amazing service and professionalism. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to every question I had. Her prompt communication made the entire process of purchasing my wigs very smooth and stress-free (she also included discounts which was a lovely treat for a customer!). Also, what you see is what you get, and all the wigs I ordered; braided, faux locs & human hair blend were true to what they looked like online and when I received them.
