Frustrated, ****ed client

The service is pathetic, I will never buy my Wig with them ever again.. I bought my wig on the 25 November 2024, till this day it has not been delivered, I have contacted all platforms to get hold of anyone who can assist they take my order number but never come back to me, it is very frustrating honestly at this point I just want a refund they can keep the Wig.
