First and last time ordering from them

I ordered and paid for my wig on the 23 rd of August. Everytime I call they say it will be dispatched tomorrow and yet nothing. The scariest part is that it doesn’t feel like anyone knows what is happening. Their inability to meet their demand coupled by a lack of communication really does not inspire trust. I hope that they will decide to deliver my wig soon, and in good condition so I don’t have to come back here with more negative comments.
