DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought straight hair with curls human hair combo from this company, i understand that it will not be that great but it is mind-blowing to see the ******* it turned into the next morning, i am absolutely DISGUSTED!!!!!!! to say the least, I am absolutely disappointed and not happy with both wigs from The wig factory, literally next morning after wearing it for the first time, they changed, it's absolutely ******* hair, I need to be outside to comb the hair as sheds like a sick dog and it tangles like those R10 yaky hairpiece IT IS BAAAAAAD, i am even embarrassed to say i only bought this wig a week ago and only wore it once I had to fold it at the back to hide the end that was tangled, the curls are worse you'd swear I bought it 10 years ago,

What got to me the most, is their poor customer service, When i sent them a message advising them of how unhappy i am with the hair, the level of rudeness from a lady called LEE( she said she is the store manager) was rather mind-blowing, i would NEVER recommend this store to anyone, their products are bad, not to mention their stinking customer services
