Bad delivery service.

I placed my order on the 29th of November using Pay Just now and I chose the standard delivery, 9 days later I still haven’t received my order.I’ve sent emails made calls with no response. I called yesterday I was told the order will be packed and dispatched. I called today for an update and my calls go unanswered. I hope to get my order tomorrow. I’m going through the reviews and people complaining about the quality shocks me. I hope I won’t be a victim of that too.
