BAD BAD SERVICE

I purchased wigs from The Wig factory on the 27th September 2024 they were finance by Pay just Now,on the 8th of October the wigs were delivered by the "courier guy". Upon delivery when I opened my wigs it was not what I saw online and the quality of the hair was not high quality as they say, the was hair falling off. Immediately I contacted their store and spoke to Vuyo she asked me to wear the wigs just to take a picture of the wigs to compare with the ones on their adverti*****t and will escalate to management,after that no one in their store answered my calls even on email I had no response until I sent them a massage on watsup asking if this is the service they give to customers when they have a complains.Lee called on watsup and she was rude not acting like a customer service manager like they say she is on their website,she said I must return the wig that's when she will decide whether she will refund or not..couldn't understand her statement because I did not even use the wigs. The courier guy collected the wigs same day and delivered items back to them on the 9th. The wig factory has unprofessional staff they failed to acknowledge me about my return of receipt the kept quiet.asked my mom to call on the 10th of October 2024 since they treated me badly from the delivery date,her line was answered she spoke to Lee I had to record the conversation as proof that she has the wigs,she promised to arrange with Pay Just Now for a refund and I will be acknowledged wich she ddnt bcos on the 11th we called in with another line since they ddnt pick up my mom's number the one they know now we were told Lee is not at work. I contacted PayJustNow and informed them regarding the query asked them to check for me if the retailer contacted them and informed them about the issue the feedback was that nothing was escalated to them. The Wig factory does not respect consumer protection act they do things like **** companies. This is the worst retailer I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from them because after sale they treat customers like they are nothing if you have a complain. I want a refund to be processed with Payjustnow. They must do what is required not keep quiet that is *******. The quality of their wigs is not what you see is what you get and they're service is poor poor poor
