hotel nigghtmare

I booked into Westford hotel on the 4th and 5th of march 2015.At time of booking nothing was mentioned about renovations the room however was close to where they where busy renovating. The place reeked of paint the bar fridge made a crazy noise the whole night the remote of the TV was also gone. The lamp at the bed had no bulb in. the place was noisy because of this I decided to booked out on the 4th.The receptionist however told me to log complaint with the agent which I did. The agent contact westford which told them they will not be refunding my second night without any explanation ALL I CAN SAY IS BAD BAD SERVICE WESTFORD.
