What you see is not what you get !!!

I was looking around for quotations to erect a Wendy house on my property. I started looking around and getting quotes. One of the quotes that I got was from The Wendy Company in Sinoville which seem to be a reasonable price. I asked David to send me a picture of the Wendy house that was quoted and he then send me a picture of a lovely little house with a veranda. The day of the installation came and to my surprise I get a ugly house without a veranda. I phone him all upset and he says sorry go read your quote, and pay the balance. I go back to read the quote and see quote says 3mx3m, but also in my reply I asked for a picture of THE QUOTED. I feel that I was deceived and will not recommend using this company. Also the staff that was sent did not even have proper work attire. You would expect that a “company” will comply to basic health and safety and issue their workers with safety boots (and not have them show up wearing open shoes) and have them wear safety glasses when using equipment. The workers do not look if they have been screened, but rather just picked up from the local corner. Once the wendy was up and looking at it I saw that many pieces of wood had cracks and holes. Overall it was a bad experience and would not recommend using this company.
