Nothing like their Website be warned

<p>This is what I wrote to them but I never got a respones even after talking to the receptionist:</p> <p>I booked 2 nights, 23 and 24 Sep. My daughter and granddaughter stayed in the room the first night. The second night I stayed there with my granddaughter. I was expecting ‘Stylish accommodation’ according to your website and I stayed in one of the ‘6 luxury rooms’. I was shocked at the bad standard of the room especially because I paid £95 per night.</p> <p>We have eaten at your pub many times before. However, the evening of the 23 we were very disappointed with the standard of food. There were 5 of us: my daughter, my two son-in-laws, my granddaughter and myself. My burger and my son-in-law’s burger was dry and looked processed (not the normal delicious beef home-made burger we had experienced many times before at your establishment). My daughter had a vegetarian pie which was dry and she said that all she saw in the pie was a little broccoli. My son-in-law (from Australia) as well as his daughter (my granddaughter) said that their food was fine.</p> <p>I would like a refund. </p>
