Terrible Service

Highly disappointed in this service. I ordered my hangers before my wedding and specifically chose this company because of its 5-7 working day delivery policy. I chose the self-collection option to speed things up, but when I tried to contact them there was 0 response to my various emails, no contact number and no physical address. 3 weeks AFTER my wedding, the hangers are suddenly delivered to my doorstep - still no response to my emails. 20 working days for delivery is unacceptable.
