No refund

I purchased two brides**** dresses at The Wedding Boutique in Woodstock. Fortunately they were on sale. A few days later I found better fitting dresses at another shop and tried to return the dresses. I was told that there are no returns on sale items but I could exchange the dresses for other brides**** dresses. There is nothing in the shop that I can or want to exchange the dresses for, as they have a limited selection of items to choose from. What a costly lesson from a shop that knows exactly how pricey weddings are. Shouldn't the main motto of any store be, to ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchases?
