Never book this place The Waves 302 in Blouberg

I was on vacation in Capetown and I was lookong for accomodation, I sourced the Waves 302 from [URL Removed] I emailed them and shortly after I got the phone call from the lady. She told me they have accomodation and everything was going as usual for a booking. Then she told me she was in Bellville and the keys is with her, at that moment I was in Somerset west and I thought I could simply pick up the keys from her. She told me over the phone she doesn't want to drive all the way to Blouberg at that moment. This already got me somewhat concerned. I arrived in Bellville and waited, I tried to organize a form of payment with her and she told me she has a very busy weekend and I should look for another place to stay. My Mother phoned her from Jo'burg and explained to her we don't have allot of cash with us at that moment and we will pay for one night and the next day the rest, she was very rude and kept saying I know people like that. I could've paid the full amount but she doesn't have card facilities, how does a 3 star place not have that? <br> If you read this please change your attitude towards potential clients or remove your place from accomodation listings.
