Substandard hotel

Not up to covid standards, dirty tables in room and on balcony, no lock for balcony door, room 4014, it's at the top.room has dirty curtains, stains on the carpet, broken locks,. Reception staff hardly ever there, people let in without masks. Breakfast not up to their usual standard, bar and restaurant only open on Friday and Saturday, hotel needs a total revamp from outside mainly. A new ocean liner terminal is now being built right in front of the hotel.
